Qatar Indian Social Forum (QISF) organized a mass blood donation camp in association with Hamad Medical Corporation on 2nd April 2021 Friday in Doha – Qatar. The Camp was inaugurated by a well-known Personality Doctor Amit Varma of Hamad Medical Corporation PHCC, Rawdat Al Khair who was the Chief Guest.

In his speech, he emphasized the importance of donating blood and said that if a person is giving blood means, he may save three lives as the donated blood is categorized into 3 parts before utilizing. The Doctor motivated and encouraged the blood donors.

QISF Central Committee President, Sayeed Komachi highlighted the necessity and importance of donating the blood and assured that QISF will always be in fore front for this noble cause. Another guest, Mr. Abdul Majeed of South Kanara Muslim Welfare Association (SKMWA) praised QISF for its activities and for organizing blood donation camps often for the noble cause. 

Mr. Irfan Kapu, President of India Fraternity Forum, quoted the Quranic Verse and said that, if a person is saving a life by donating blood means, he is saving the entire humanity. He urge everyone to come forward to serve humanity. The blood donation camp was between 7.00 AM and 2.00 PM in which 114 persons donated the blood successfully out of 138 registered.

QISF Central Committee General Secretary Basheer Ahmed, QISF State and Branch Committee members  Zakariya Pandeshwar, Saleem Bangadi, Ashraf Puttur, Ibrahim UB, Irshad Kulai, Anwar Angargundy, Rizwan Kalladka, Asif Bannur, Imtiyaz Karnad, Zameer Karnad, Abdul Mohsin, Mohamnad Fahad, Anwar Bolyar, Jaleel Kalladka, Khalid Belapu, Gulab Sab, Shafiq Puttur, Shaafi, Sattar, Imran H Kal, Junaid Kunjattur, Ashraf Haleyangadi, Ismail Kapu and other members were present throughout the programme. QISF Karnataka State President Nazeer Pasha welcomed the guests and gathering and concluded the programme.
