New Delhi: According to reports, Delhi Police has filed an FIR against climate change activist Greta Thunberg, who tweeted in support of the ongoing farmers’ protest in India.
Following the tweet made by the International acclaimed Pop Star Rihanna, which was in support of the farmers’ protest, Greta Thunberg also tweeted in support of the pop of the farmers’ protests happening in India.
“We stand in solidarity with the #FarmersProtest in India,” Tweeted Greta Thunberg, who also shared the link to the CNN report on the farmers ‘protest in her Twitter post.
In a follow-up tweet, Greta Thunberg posted, “If you want to help people on the ground, here’s an updated tool kit”, along with a link with resources to support the protest.
Greta Thunberg is charged with criminal conspiracy (Article 120b) and promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion and race (Article 153A).
